• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed on KC8, KC8 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, KC8 will refund the stake for any related bets.

• KC8 sets the minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are subject to change.

5Payments & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on KC8:

• Deposits on KC8 can be made via mobile banking or bank transfer.
• Withdrawals from KC8 can only be made using the same method that was used for the original deposit.
• KC8 may take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KC8 identity verification has not been completed.
• KC8 may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.

The following terms apply to all KC8 bonus and promotion offers:

• Each promotion can only be claimed once per person.

• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or carelessness.

KC8 always strives to maintain uninterrupted service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

In any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions, KC8's decision shall be final.
